¿Con qué finalidad tratamos sus datos personales?
En BIOBROKER, S.L. tratamos los datos de las personas interesadas con el fin de: Gestión del servicio contratado, proceder a la facturación de este y gestión del cobro, gestión fiscal y contable de la entidad y gestionar el envío de la información que nos soliciten.
En BIOBROKER, S.L. tratamos sus datos personales facilitados a través del formulario de la web con la finalidad de responder a su consulta y/o remitirle la información que nos solicite.
¿Por cuánto tiempo conservaremos sus datos?
Los datos personales proporcionados se conservarán mientras se mantenga la relación mercantil, y subsidiariamente durante el plazo de 5 años desde la firma del contrato o emisión de la factura de servicio.

La base legal para el tratamiento de sus datos es la ejecución del contrato de prestación de servicios (según los términos y condiciones que constan en el contrato de prestación de servicios), así como el interés legítimo del responsable para cumplir con obligaciones y deberes que le son propios.
La base legal para el tratamiento de los datos facilitados a través de la web es el consentimiento explícito e inequívoco que usted nos facilita mediante la aceptación explícita de esta política de privacidad.
¿A qué destinatarios se comunicarán sus datos?
BIOBROKER, S.L. puede compartir información personal con aquellas empresas o colaboradores que son esenciales para realizar el servicio que el usuario le ha encomendado y que tienen la condición de encargados de tratamiento, estos colaboradores han suscrito un contrato que garantiza la confidencialidad y seguridad de sus datos. Igualmente, en caso de existir algún tipo de obligación legal, BIOBROKER, S.L. procederá a realizar las cesiones legales de sus datos a las que legalmente se encuentre obligado.
¿Cuáles son sus derechos cuando nos facilita sus datos?
Cualquier persona tiene derecho a obtener confirmación sobre si en Biobroker, S.L. estamos tratando datos personales que les conciernan, o no.
Por ello, Biobroker, S.L. le informa sobre la posibilidad legal que tiene de ejercitar los derechos de acceso, rectificación, oposición, supresión, portabilidad y limitación del tratamiento, así como a poder rechazar el tratamiento automatizado de sus datos personales que se pueda llevar a cabo por parte de Biobroker, S.L.

Cada solicitud de ejercicio de derechos que nos presente deberá contener en el asunto la referencia “Ejercicio derechos RGPD” y deberá incluir los siguientes datos: nombre y apellidos, domicilio a efectos de notificación, fotocopia del Documento Nacional de Identidad o Pasaporte, y petición concreta que se solicita. En el caso de ejercitarse la solicitud de ejercicio de derechos en nombre de otra persona, se deberá adjuntar un documento de representación que acredite fehacientemente la representación ostentada.

For what purpose do we handle your personal data?
In BIOBROKER, SL we handle the data of interested parties in order to: Manage the contracted service, proceed to billing and payment thereof, fiscal and accounting management of the company, and sending information that is requested.
In BIOBROKER, S.L. we process your personal data provided through the web form in order to respond to your query and/or send you the information you request.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained, and subsidiarily for a period of 5 years from the signing of the contract or issuance of the service invoice.
We will keep your personal data captured through the web form as long as it is necessary to respond to your request for information or consultation and will proceed to its deletion once it ceases to be useful for the company.
What is the legitimacy for handling your data?
The legal basis for processing your data is the execution of the service provision contract (according to the terms and conditions contained in the service provision contract), as well as the legitimate interest of the person responsible for complying with their obligations and duties.
